New Maruti Swift Mileage: Maruti Suzuki is all set to launch its new generation Swift in the Indian market, like the one unveiled internationally. And now information about its mileage has come to light. Maruti Swift remains one of the best selling hatchbacks in the Indian market. Its sales are highest compared to other vehicles. And keeping this in mind, Maruti is going to introduce Swift in this new generation.
New Maruti Swift 2024 Engine
The new generation Maruti Suzuki Swift is going to be powered with a 1.2 liter three cylinder Z12 engine, the output report of which has not been revealed yet. But according to some media reports, it is going to generate 120 bhp and 150 Nm of torque. And it can be offered with CVT unit. Apart from this, it is expected that this hybrid version will also be introduced.
CNG version will also be introduced which is going to provide excellent mileage.
New Maruti Swift 2024 Mileage
The new generation Maruti Suzuki Swift can be offered with both non-hybrid and hybrid versions. The company has not yet given any confirmation in this regard. This engine can give a mileage of 23.40 kmpl with automatic gear box and 24.5 kmpl with manual transmission.
Currently available in the Indian market, the Swift 1.2 liter engine claims a mileage of 22.38 kmpl with manual transmission and 22.56 kmpl with automatic gearbox. A claimed range of 30.90 kilometers is claimed in CNG.
New Maruti Swift Design
In the design update, the new generation Swift is going to get a newly designed honeycomb pattern grille at the front along with new LED headlights and DRL units. And apart from this, newly revised bumper will also be introduced. The side profile will also offer newly designed diamond cut alloy wheels, and the rear will also get a revised bumper with new design language along with LED oil light unit and skid plate.
New Maruti Swift 2024 Features list
In terms of features, it is expected to have features similar to the current vehicles of Maruti. It may feature a digital instrument cluster with a 9-inch touch screen infotainment system and Apple CarPlay connectivity with Android Auto. Apart from this, it is going to get head up display, cruise control, automatic one control, connect car technology, wireless mobile charger, height adjustable driver seat, special event for rear passengers and excellent layout.

New Maruti Swift Safety features
Safety features include six airbags, electronic stability control, tire pressure monitoring system, hill haul assist, ABS with EBD, camera with rear parking sensor and a blind spot monitor system specific to the Indian market. However, till now not a single feature of ADAS technology has been seen in any of the Maruti vehicles. While it has been found testing on Indian roads with ADAS technology.
New Maruti Swift Launch Date in India
Maruti Suzuki Swift 2024 is going to be launched in the Indian market sometime in the new year. The company has not made any disclosure regarding the launch time.
