TMC national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee wrote on X (which was earlier Twitter) – Bengal is united against the injustice of the central government. We will definitely claim our rights, the power of the people is the greatest in democracy. The people of Bengal are raising their voice against injustice. Those who have been affected by the withholding of MNREGA funds by the Central Government have written a letter to the PM demanding their due rights.
In a post on the party’s own We have collected more than 50 lakh such letters. They are demanding release of the outstanding money from the Centre. We are sending these letters to the office of PM Modi and Union Minister Giriraj Singh.
TMC leaders will go to Rajghat on Gandhi Jayanti
