Eligibility for Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesman Recruitment Rally 2024
1. Trade – Personal Assistant: Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board or University or equivalent.
Age limit: 18-25 years.
2. Trade – Religious Teacher: (i) Graduation with Madhyama in Sanskrit or Bhusan in Hindi.
Age limit: 18-30 years.
3. Trade – Lineman Field: 10th class pass from a recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute certificate in electrician trade from a recognized Institute.
Age limit: 18-23 years.
4. Trade – Recovery Vehicle Mechanic: 10th class pass with ITI certificate in recovery vehicle mechanic or recovery vehicle operator.
Age limit: 18-25 years.
5. Trade – Bridge & Road: (i) Matric or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. (ii) Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution for Bridge and Road.
Age limit: 18-23 years.
6. Trade – Electrical & Mechanical: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Age limit: 18-30 years.
7. Trade – Draughtsman: 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board and three years diplomas in Architectural Assistantship from any recognized Polytechnic College or Institution.
Age limit: 18-25 years.
8. Trade – Plumer: 10th class passes from a recognized Board with an Industrial Training Institute certificate in Plumber trade from a recognized Institute.
Age limit: 18-23 years.
9. Trade – Surveyor (ITI): 10th class pass from a recognized Board and Industrial Training Institute certificate in Surveyor trade from a recognized Institute.
Age limit: 20-28 years.
10. Trade – X-Ray Assistant: 10+2 pass with a diploma in Radiology from a recognized Board or University.
Age limit: 18-23 years.
How to Apply Assam Rifles Group B & C?
Applications will be accepted in online mode only. To apply, fill out the online application by clicking on the “online application” option and following the instructions given on the online application portal of the website. The online application portal will remain functional until the last date of submission of the online application form.
The last date to receive applications from eligible candidates for the Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesman Recruitment Rally 2024 is November 19, 2023 (23:59 hrs.). Applications received after that will not be entertained. The application SERVER will start functioning on October 21, 2023.
The fee structure and other details are as follows: (a) For Group-B posts (i.e., Religious Teacher and Bridge & Road posts only), the application fee is Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred only), and for Group-C posts (i.e., except Religious Teacher and Bridge & Road posts), the application fee is Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only). (b) The fee will be deposited online by the candidates in SBI Current Account No. 37088046712 in favor of HQ DGAR, Recruitment Branch, Shillong-10 at SBI Laitkor Branch, IFSC Code: SBIN0013883. (c) No fee is charged to candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Females, and Ex-Servicemen. The fee, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances, nor will it be adjusted against any other expenses.
