New pictures of the Ram temple being built in Ayodhya have surfaced on Friday, September 15. The first picture is of the main door of the sanctum sanctorum on the ground floor. It is about 10 feet wide and 15 feet high. There is a lotus flower below it. The picture of an elephant with its trunk raised in the middle and a woman in the form of Lakshmi welcoming at the top has been carved. The second picture is also of the ground floor. In this the grand carvings made on the domes are visible.

These pictures have been shared by Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust. He has written in the caption – This is a glimpse of the ground floor of Ram temple, which is being given the final touch.

First floor work 50% complete
The temple at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi is rapidly taking shape. According to the temple trust, 50% of the work on the first floor has been completed. The target is to complete the construction of this floor by December. The ground floor of the three-floor Ram temple is ready. There are 170 pillars on the ground floor. All the 14 doors of this floor are also ready.

According to the trust, finishing work is going on in the ground and floor. The floor is being made. Idols of gods are being carved on the pillars. The target has been set to complete all these works of the ground floor by November. The wood for the doors of the temple has been procured from Chandrapur district of Maharashtra. All the pillars of the first floor have been erected above the ground floor. The work of laying the roof will also start soon.

Work on all four paths will be completed by December
Four paths are being built in Ayodhya along with Ram temple. Ram Path, Bhakti Path, Dharma Path and Nyaya Path. Their work will also be completed by December. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Path has been opened for Ram devotees. A target has been set to complete the first phase of Ram Path i.e. from Naya Ghat to Udaya intersection by October. From Ranopali to Beniganj, almost one side of this road has been made with asphalt. Meanwhile, the construction work of Ram Path has also gained momentum.

There will be 2 lakh devotees at the inauguration of Ram temple.
Ramlala’s life will be consecrated in the temple on 22 January. On this occasion, about 10 thousand guests and more than two lakh Ram devotees will reach Ayodhya. After this, under the Ramlala Darshan program, 25 thousand Ram devotees will come every day from all 44 provinces of Vishwa Hindu Parishad to have darshan of Ramlala.
