Fresh snowfall has been recorded in the higher altitude areas of Himachal Pradesh. Light snowfall occurred this morning at Baralacha (15912.0 ft height) connecting Lahaul Spiti and Leh. The normal rainfall in the first 17 days of September is 81.6 mm, but this time it has rained only 38 mm. In this too, 23.1 mm rainfall has occurred between September 11 and 17.

61 mm rain in Dharamshala in 24 hours

During the last 24 hours, Dharamshala recorded the highest rainfall of 61 mm. Barthi has received 58.5 millimeters (MM), Palampur 20 MM, Kangra 18.3 MM, Dehra Gopipur 26 MM, Shimla 3 MM, Seobag 19 MM, Kufri 4.6 MM, Dalhousie 37 MM and Chamba 10.5 MM of fresh rain. .

Bus services closed on route 170

NH restored in Nigulsari, Kinnaur
