Rahul Gandhi returned from Amritsar spiritual trip on the third day.
Senior Indian National Congress (INC) leader Rahul Gandhi surprised everyone by suddenly visiting Amritsar in Punjab recently. His spiritual tour was at a time when there is a tussle going on between Congress and AAP across Punjab, while at the Center both the parties are holding meetings for the INDIA alliance. Rahul Gandhi stayed here for 48 hours and after serving for about 4 hours, left for Delhi without saying anything.
Let us tell you that Rahul Gandhi had reached Amritsar in the afternoon on Monday, October 2, on Gandhi Jayanti. As soon as he reached Amritsar, all Congress workers were forbidden from gathering for him. It was clearly said that this is a spiritual tour. Rahul Gandhi stayed in Amritsar for almost 48 hours. But neither made any political nor spiritual comment. He left for Delhi from Amritsar at around 9.30 am on Wednesday morning.

SGPC said- Rahul’s service is not repentance
However, the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) clarified that the service done by Rahul Gandhi was not an act of repentance for the incidents done by his family nor did it call it politics. But clarified that whatever he should have said by coming here, he did not say it. Not saying this was politics. But Rahul Gandhi did not react to this comment of SGPC either.
