How to Apply for NAM Tripura?
1. The interested & eligible candidates are requested.to submit the application form as per the prescribed format physically in Room No. 303 of the 2nd floor at O/o the Mission Director, NHM & Member Secretary, SAMT, Palace Compound, Agartala, West Tripura-799001 from 11:00 AM of 5th October 2023 to 5:00 PM of 17th October 2023.
2. Interested candidates are requested to submit his/her application form (API Format) as per the prescribed format (Format Enclosed) and with all supporting documents, with one copy of a recent passport-size color Photograph.
3. Self-attested copy of the following documents needs to be submitted: – (a) Copies of qualification (Mark sheet) from Madhyamik onwards, (b) Valid Registration Certificate (c) Caste Certificate (for reserved categories), (d) Permanent Resident Certificate of Tripura (PRTC), (e) Age Proof (Madhyamik Admit Card)/1Oth Standard Board Admit Card), (f) Photo ID with address (Aadhar card/Driving license/Voter ID). (g) No-objection Certificate (if applicable, as per API format).
