According to the police, constable Manoj Kumar of the social media cell lodged a complaint about this in the Nuh cyber crime police station. Cyber ​​police got the records of social media accounts extracted. When the mobile number associated with it was checked, it was in the name of Mohit Yadav. Mohit Yadav is the real name of Monu Manesar. After this, the police accused Monu Manesar in 4 cases.

In which there are allegations of spreading enmity between different groups on the basis of religion, using abusive words, hurting religious sentiments and disturbing public peace.

Police further said that after this account was operated on the number in the name of Monu Manesar, a case was registered against him under sections 153, 153A, 295A, 504, 109 IPC and Arms Act.

At the time of arrest, a mobile phone with 2 SIM cards, a 45 bore pistol and 3 live cartridges were recovered from Monu. Which have been confiscated at present.

Police will now send Monu Manesar’s mobile to the lab in Gurugram for forensic examination.
