Haryana Police presented Monu Manesar in Nuh Court under tight security. He has been handed over to Rajasthan Police.
Haryana Police arrested Monu Manesar on Tuesday (September 12). There is a case against him for posting inflammatory social media posts before the violence in Nuh on July 31. Cyber Crime Branch of Nuh Police caught him from Manesar market in Gurugram. He is a resident of this village.
Monu was presented in Nuh court. Police asked for his remand, but the court sent him to Bhondsi jail for 14 days judicial custody. Monu Manesar is accused of being involved in the Nasir-Junaid murder case in Bhiwani, Rajasthan. He was absconding in this case for the last 8 months.
As soon as they came to know about Monu’s arrest, Rajasthan Police also reached the court. Even before he could be taken to jail, Rajasthan Police got his transit remand. Rajasthan Police has left with him.

Monu arrested in social media post case
A post was posted in the name of Monu Manesar on 26 August. In which it was written, “We do not worry about the result, there will be only one attack, but it will be the last….” Monumanesar”. Social media cell constable Manoj Kumar lodged a complaint about this at Nuh cyber crime police station. When cyber police investigated it, it was found that this post was posted from an account named Monu Manesar.
According to the police, this account holder spread enmity between different groups on the basis of religion. Used abusive words. Hurt religious sentiments. Disturbed public peace. When the police investigated it, it was found that this post was posted from the mobile number running in the name of Monu Manesar alias Mohit Yadav. After this, a case was registered against him under sections 153, 153A, 295A, 504, 109 IPC and Arms Act.
At the time of arrest, a mobile phone with 2 SIM cards, 45 bore pistol and 3 cartridges were recovered from Monu.

2 videos of Monu Manesar were revealed
Before the violence that took place during the Brajmandal Yatra in Nuh on July 31, two videos had gone viral. In the first video, Monu Manesar had said that on July 31 he will participate in the Brajmandal Yatra. He also appealed to the people to participate in this yatra. After this, Monu Manesar, from a different community than Nuh, was challenged on social media.
After this, another video of Monu Manesar was revealed. In which it was said that if you have said so then you will have to come. Allegedly, this made the rioters suspect that Monu had come on a yatra.

As soon as Monu Manesar’s arrest was known, his supporters demonstrated in Gurugram. At the same time, Vishwa Hindu Parishad has warned of taking a big decision by calling a Panchayat. The people of village Manesar have also warned of agitation, calling it a political conspiracy. VHP district convenor Devinder Singh said that Nuh police did not arrest Congress MLA Maman Khan, but arrested Monu.
After the arrest of Monu Manesar, Gurugram Police also has input that angry villagers of Manesar and surrounding areas may block National Highway-48. After which, as a precautionary measure, heavy police force has been deployed near Bhishma Temple.

Nasir-Junaid murder case of Rajasthan, in which Monu is accused
Burnt bodies of Nasir-Junaid were found in February
On 16 February 2023, two burnt bodies were found in a Bolero vehicle in Bhiwani, Haryana. Investigation revealed that the bodies belonged to Junaid and Nasir of Ghatmika village in Bharatpur district of Rajasthan. Many cow protectors of Haryana were accused of burning them alive. The most popular name among these was that of Monu Manesar alias Mohit Yadav.
Nasir (28) and Junaid (33), residents of Ghatmika village in the hilly area of Bharatpur district of Rajasthan, were kidnapped on February 15. The next day, their skeletons were found in the Bolero in Bhiwani, Haryana. In this case, the families of both had accused cow vigilante Monu Manesar and his associates associated with Bajrang Dal of beating them and burning them alive.
After this, Bharatpur police station had registered a case against Monu Manesar and other people under various sections. Police have also released photographs of 8 absconding accused in this case.
The whole story of Nasir-Junaid murder case

Junaid’s cousin Ismail had alleged that Junaid and Nasir had gone to Bhorubas Sikri village on February 14. Here is his brother’s in-laws house. Stayed there for the night. Both were coming home on Wednesday morning i.e. 15th February.
On the way, he was stopped by Bajrang Dal people. Asked their names. After this, an attempt was made to pull both of them out of the Bolero. As soon as Nasir-Junaid saw that they were being dragged, they drove away their Bolero car to save their lives.

The family alleged that after seeing Junaid-Nasir running away from the Bolero to save their lives, they were hit from the front and back. After this, both of them were taken out of the car and beaten up. After the fight, Bajrang Dal members took Nasir-Junaid to Firozpur Jhirka police station. Where an attempt was made to hand them over to the police, but the condition of both of them had become so bad that the police refused to take them.

The family said that after the police refused to take them into custody, Bajrang Dal leader Monu Manesar, Rinku Saini and 7 to 8 other people took both of them to Bhiwani. There they made him sit in the back seat and burnt him alive along with the Bolero. We came to know about the death of both of them after the news spread on social media. The engine and chassis number of the car revealed that it was our car. Those who died are both our brothers.
Rajasthan Police had earlier released photographs of these 8 accused in this case. After which it was said that Monu Manesar is not an accused. However, later Rajasthan Police said that Monu is also under investigation.
What happened so far in Nasir-Junaid murder case
Junaid’s cousin Ismail had filed a case of kidnapping and assault of both of them in Gopalgarh police station (Bharatpur) on 15 February. In this, Anil resident of Moolthan, Shrikant resident of Marora, Rinku Saini resident of Firozpur Jhirka, Lokesh Singla resident of Manesar (Haryana) were accused.
The next day of this FIR, on 16 February, the bodies of both Junaid and Nasir were found in a burnt condition in a Bolero car in Loharu of Bhiwani district in Haryana. In this case, Bharatpur police station had registered a case of kidnapping and murder.
Rajasthan Police had arrested the main accused Rinku Saini. Based on the interrogation of Rinku Saini, the names of 8 accused along with their photos were released. A reward of Rs 10,000 each was also placed on all 8 accused. After this, two of these accused, Gogi resident of Bhiwani and Monu Rana resident of Paluwas Bhiwani, were also arrested.
Gopalgarh Police presented the charge sheet in the court against the three accused Rinku Saini, Gogi and Monu Rana arrested on May 16, then it was revealed that investigation is still pending against 27 accused in the murder of Nasir and Junaid.
These 27 accused include Mohit alias Monu Manesar, Shrikant Marora, Anil Moolthan, Lokesh Singla, Vikas Arya, Vishal Jewali alias Natwar, Kalu alias Krishna, Badal, Shashikant, Devi Lal, Bholu, Navneet, Sanjay Parmar, Deepak, Azad Acharya, Kishore. The names are Sain, Shivam, Tushar alias Tannu, Rajveer, Manoj Guhana, Yogendra Acharya, Bhola Silani, Ramesh alias Messa Sisar, Ashu Jangda, Sukhvindra alias Sukhi, Pravesh Boxer and Ravindra alias. All of them are residents of Haryana.

Regarding the murder case of Nasir-Junaid, resident of Bharatpur, Rajasthan, which took place in February, Monu Manesar said that I have nothing to do with this case, because I was not in Mewat or Rajasthan or any place in Bhiwani that day. I have proof of this because that day I was in a hotel in Gurugram. My name was dragged unnecessarily.
Monu Manesar also wrote on social media that his team has nothing to do with this incident. Nor is there any connection with Bajrang Dal Haryana. Whatever accused is found, the police should take strictest action against them.
