Mohin’s father said in his complaint that his son was in the market when an unknown person fired at him. Mohin’s uncle alleged that Bajrang Dal members were roaming around with guns.

Haryana Police arrested Monu Manesar on Tuesday (September 12). There is a case against him for posting inflammatory social media posts before the violence in Nuh on July 31. Cyber Crime Branch of Nuh Police caught him from Manesar market in Gurugram. He is a resident of this village.
Monu was presented in Nuh court. Police asked for his remand, but the court sent him to Bhondsi jail for 14 days in judicial custody. Monu Manesar is accused of being involved in the Nasir-Junaid murder case in Bhiwani, Rajasthan. He was absconding in this case for the last 8 months.
As soon as they came to know about Monu’s arrest, Rajasthan Police also reached the court. Even before taking him to jail, Rajasthan Police got his transit remand. After this he was taken to Rajasthan Police.
Nasir-Junaid murder case of Rajasthan, in which 2 youths were burnt alive
On 15 February 2023, Nasir and Junaid of Ghatmika village of Bharatpur in Rajasthan went missing. The family complained to the police and made allegations of kidnapping. The next day, on 16 February, two people were found burnt alive in a Bolero in Loharu, Bhiwani, Haryana. From the vehicle number it was revealed that this Bolero was the same in which Nasir-Junaid were traveling. Both were found as skeletons inside the Bolero.
They were burnt alive along with the Bolero. After which Rajasthan Police registered a case of murder. Many accused including Monu Manesar were named in this. Some of these accused were arrested, but Monu Manesar was absconding for 8 months.
