Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023: The Ministry of Defence is hiring eligible and desirous candidates for the post of Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer, Joint Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Deputy Controller of Accounts, Deputy Director (Documentation), Principal Private Secretary, Assistant Registrar, Private Secretary, Tribunal Officers/ Section Officers, Accounts Officer, Assistant, Tribunal Master/ Stenographer Grade-I, Junior Accounts Officer and Upper Division Clerk in the Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench. As stated in the official notification of the Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a deputation basis. The selected candidates will be given a monthly pay scale from Level-04 (Rs.25500 to 81100) to Level-13 (Rs.123100 to 215900).

  • Candidates should hold analogous posts on a regular basis or the candidates have given 05 years of regular service in the level-12 in the pay matrix (Rs.78800 to 209200).

For Joint Registrar-

  • Candidates should hold analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or the candidates have given 05 years of regular service in level-11.
  • Candidates should have 10 years of experience in personnel and administrative or judicial work.

For Deputy Registrar-

  • Candidates should hold the analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or the candidates have given 05 years of regular service in the level-10.
  • Candidates should have at least 05 years of experience in personnel and administrative or Judicial work.

Desirable-

  • Candidates should possess a degree in Law from a recognized University.

For Deputy Controller of Accounts-

  • Candidates should hold the analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or the candidates have given 05 years of regular service in the level-10.

For Principal Private Secretary-

  • Candidates should hold analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department or the candidates have given 05 years of regular service in level 08 of the pay matrix.

Desirable-

  • Candidates should have knowledge of Computer operation.
