Kailash Meghwal held a press conference on Wednesday and made several allegations against Union Minister Arjun Meghwal.

BJP on Wednesday suspended former assembly speaker Kailash Meghwal from the party. In fact, Meghwal had raised questions in a meeting calling Union Law Minister Arjun Meghwal corrupt.

Here, Kailash Meghwal held a press conference today and made public the reply given to the party’s notice. Meghwal said- BJP has expelled me, I will contest the elections and will defeat the BJP candidate by thousands of votes. He said- I have written a long letter to PM Narendra Modi.

Not only this, MLA Kailash Meghwal has also attacked senior BJP leaders. He said- How can a corrupt person like Arjun Meghwal be the Law Minister of the country? Meghwal also said that BJP is divided into factions in Rajasthan. A conspiracy is being hatched to completely eliminate Vasundhara Raje’s camp.

Kailash Meghwal has written this letter to PM Narendra Modi, in which he has raised many issues.

Arjun Meghwal was a corrupt officer
Kailash Meghwal said- Arjun Meghwal has been a corrupt officer. From industrial service to being a collector, Arjun Meghwal committed many corruptions. While being the Collector in Churu, he had allotted the land belonging to the Martyr Soldier’s Veerangana’s quota to the wrong people from the Housing Board. A complaint was made and ACB registered a case. Investigation was done twice. FR introduced under pressure. The Sessions Court Judge had expressed his displeasure and said that pressure is being created in this case.

Meghwal said- I have also written a letter to PM Modi to remove Arjun Meghwal. Arjun Meghwal gave false affidavit to the Election Commission. He did not give information about the ongoing corruption case against him in his election affidavit. Giving wrong information in election affidavit is a legal offence. A case can be filed against them. MP can go with ministerial post.

How is a corrupt person like Arjun Meghwal the law minister of the country?
Kailash Meghwal said- I have written all these things to the Prime Minister. I hope the Prime Minister will take action on this. A corrupt person like Arjun Meghwal should not be made the Law Minister of the country. When such a corrupt person was made the Law Minister, I started collecting evidence and wrote a letter to the Prime Minister to remove him. How can a corrupt person be the law minister of the country?

Arjun Meghwal took Rs 1.5 crore ticket from Maharashtra leader
Kailash Meghwal said- Arjun Meghwal took Rs 1.5 crore from a leader of Maharashtra to get him a ticket and he did not even get the ticket. After that the person went to several party leaders and requested to get the money back. Arjun Meghwal has done many such corrupt acts.

Kailash Meghwal made public the reply to the BJP notice in front of media persons at Pinkcity Press Club in Jaipur.

I was the hero of this party who was reduced to zero.
Meghwal said- I was once a hero in this party, today I am a zero from a hero. Today BJP is taking out four yatras, do you see me at any place? I was given prominence in the Yatra that came out in 2003 and 2013. Today I was sidelined. I will not remain on the sidelines.

He said- Arjun Meghwal is being compared with a great personality like Ambedkar which is completely unfair.

Efforts are being made to eliminate Vasundhara camp
Kailash Meghwal said- BJP is divided into many factions in Rajasthan and there is one faction which is completely ignoring Vasundhara Raje. BJP is completely divided into factions from top to bottom. Vasundhara Raje’s supporters are being selectively thrown out. I am considered to be in Vasundhara ji’s camp and efforts are being made to completely eliminate Vasundhara ji’s camp.

Let Vasundhara Raje know what decision she takes, but I have taken my stand. CP Joshi, Rajendra Rathod, Satish Poonia are doing factionalism. I have written everything in detail in the letter sent to the PM. I have written, who is creating factionalism, how is he doing it, everything has been written. The party has been thrown into a pit.

CP Joshi and Rathod are imported leaders
Kailash Meghwal said- Imported leaders dominate in BJP. CP Joshi has come from NSUI. Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathore has come from Janata Party. Both have nothing to do with the ideology of BJP. These are people who have come to do politics of convenience.

Meghwal said- This CP Joshi is an old Congressman. He brought his candidate for Vallabhnagar seat and his deposit was confiscated.

Rajasthan BJP’s health is not good
Meghwal said- Rajasthan BJP’s health is not good, that is why all the leaders of the country are being brought here. From the Prime Minister to JP Nadda and big ministers are being dropped here. All the officials are being posted in Rajasthan. If the situation were good then why is the entire government of India descending on Rajasthan?

Meghwal said- If Ashok Gehlot does good work, I praise him. There has been brotherhood politics in Rajasthan and I have the best relations in this brotherhood politics. There is no one with whom my relations will deteriorate.

Suspended for breach of discipline
BJP State Disciplinary Committee Chairman Omkar Singh Lakhawat said – State President CP Joshi has suspended Shahpura (Bhilwara) MLA Kailash Meghwal from the primary membership of the party on charges of breach of discipline. This entire matter has been handed over to the State Disciplinary Committee of BJP for further action.

Arjun Meghwal was called corrupt in the meeting
Kailash Meghwal had raised questions in a meeting in Bhilwara district on August 27, calling Arjun Meghwal corrupt. On this, BJP had issued a notice on August 29 and sought a reply within 10 days. Kailash Meghwal sent this reply. Following Meghwal’s reply, he was suspended today.

That’s why Meghwal said about doing side line
The party has not made Vasundhara Raje its face this time. He was not made the chairman of any election committee. Most of the pro-Vasundhara leaders are far from the mainstream, they were not given posts. Devi Singh Bhati, his staunch supporter, is out of the party. Former Raje minister Rohitashv Kumar was expelled from the party due to his rhetoric. Former MLA Vijay Bansal is also out of BJP. Leaders supporting Vasundhara Raje have been internally angry for a long time.

The conflict started when Satish Poonia was the president.
The conflict with pro-Vasundhara leaders started after Satish Poonia became the state president of BJP. From Poonia’s time onwards, allegations of sidelining the pro-Vasundhara leaders had started. Pro-Vasundhara MLAs had alleged that they were not given a chance to speak in the assembly.

Kailash Meghwal, Kalicharan Saraf and Pratap Singh Singhvi had raised the issue of sidelining in the BJP legislature party meeting. After that, MLAs supporting Vasundhara were also given a chance to speak.
