Haryanvi Singer Manoj Guru Arrest Update | Gurugram News | Music company director threatened with the name of gangster Kala Jathedi; asked to break the agreement

Singer Manoj Guru and his partner Deepak Kachcha are in the custody of Gurugram Police.

Haryana’s Gurugram Police has arrested Haryanvi singer Manoj Guru along with his partner. He had threatened to kill the director of the music company for breaking the contract with the music company. Singer had threatened the company director in the name of famous gangster Kala Jathedi.

ACP Crime Varun Dahiya said that the director of Gem Tunes Music Company had given a complaint in the police station Sector-37. In which he told that on September 17, a young man called him. The caller introduced himself as the nephew of gangster Kala Jathedi of Lawrence Bishnoi gang. He threatened to kill him if he did not break the artist bond with Guru Haryanvi. Police registered a case on this.

Police caught both of them from the gas warehouse
Taking the complaint seriously, the police arrested two accused from the Indian Gas warehouse near Sector-37, Gurugram. The accused have been identified as Deepak alias Kachcha, resident of village Jathedi, Sonipat, and Manoj alias Guru, resident of Shiv Nagar, Hisar.

Singer said- the company did not fulfill the terms of the agreement
During interrogation, the accused told the police that Manoj alias Guru is a Haryanvi singer. Who had a 5-year bond agreement with Jam Tunes Music Company. Under which Guru was told by the company that the singer would release 10-12 songs in a year and would also organize stage-live programs for it, but the music company did not do so.

Gangster’s brother became friends with Deepak of his village on his birthday.
Due to which Manoj alias Guru along with his partner Deepak alias Kachcha asked the director of the music company to break the agreement. Threatened to kill if the agreement was not broken. Manoj Guru told that he had gone for a program on the birthday of gangster Kala Jathedi’s brother. There he befriended Deepak alias Kachcha.

2 mobile phones used in threatening were recovered
According to ACP, two cases have been registered against accused Deepak in Sonipat district under murder, attempt to murder and Arms Act. Police have also recovered two mobile phones used for making threats from the possession of the accused. The police have started preparations to present both the accused in the court and take them on remand.
