2. An army soldier on leave was murdered in Manipur, he was kidnapped from his home by miscreants.
An Army soldier, who was on leave, was murdered in Manipur’s West Imphal district. Three armed miscreants abducted constable Serto Thangthang from his house and shot him in the head. His body was found in a village in East Imphal. Serto was posted with the Army’s Defense Security Corps in Kangpokpi district of the state.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the first phase of India International Convention and Expo Center in Dwarka, Delhi. This convention center named Yashobhoomi is Asia’s largest meetings, conference and exhibition center.
