1. PM Modi said – Congress is anti-minority, said – If the population of Hindus is large, should Hindus take all their rights?

PM Modi addressed a gathering in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh. He said that former PM Manmohan Singh used to say that minorities have the first right on the country’s resources, including Muslims. Now Congress is saying that the population will decide who will have the first right. Congress people should clarify whether the rights will be given according to the population, if the Congress wants to remove the minorities, then should the Hindus, who have the largest population, come forward and take all their rights.

2. Newsclick founder arrested, raid conducted in case of illegal activity and Chinese funding
Delhi Police has arrested Newsclick website founder Prabir Purkayastha and another journalist Amit Chakraborty on charges of taking foreign funding. In the case, police raided more than 30 locations and interrogated 37 people. Earlier, journalists associated with Newsclick, Abhisar Sharma, Urmilesh and Paranjoy Guha Thakurta were detained by the police.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had commented on the Judiciary while talking to the media on August 30.
