Cricket World Cup is going to start in the country from 5th October. 14 days before this, the foundation stone of the International Cricket Stadium was laid in Kashi. The stage was political, but the fielding was decorated by legendary cricketers. Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar gave Team India T-shirt to Prime Minister Modi. Namo was written on the T-shirt. Was number-1. But India was not written on the front of the T-shirt. Because the jersey was Team India. While Sachin gave a T-shirt to the Prime Minister, Modi looked very happy after receiving the T-shirt.

Apart from Sachin, there were legendary cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar, Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev, Stuart Binny, Ravi Shastri, Dilip Vengsarkar on the stage. Jai Shah and Rajeev Shukla also registered their presence. First on the Jalabhishek of Baba Vishwanath and then on the stage, the jugalbandhi of cricket, politics and Hindutva is the branding of real Kashi.

After reaching Kashi, Sachin Tendulkar first performed Jalabhishek in Kashi Vishwanath Temple.

Let us understand the meaning of the presence of cricketers on Modi’s platform-

The meeting of cricket and politics is not a rare coincidence, but a part of Modi’s strategy.

This meeting of cricket and politics in Kashi is not a rare coincidence. Rather it was part of Modi’s strategy. In this, the role of planner was played by Jai Shah, son of BCCI Secretary and Home Minister Amit Shah. BCCI’s money is also being spent in the construction of the stadium, so Shah gave the idea to Modi to make the occasion bigger. Shah had come to Kashi some time ago and inspected the site of the stadium.

If political experts are to be believed, Prime Minister Modi never fails to take advantage of any big opportunity. This is the reason why he organized the foundation stone laying ceremony of the cricket stadium just 14 days before the World Cup. He knows that cricket fever is rising in the country. Therefore, there cannot be a better second chance than this.

He can also lay the foundation stone of PM Modi Stadium in a normal way, preparations for this were going on for about 6 months. But he did not do so. To capitalize on the popularity of cricket in politics, everyone from Sachin Tendulkar to Gavaskar, Kapil Dev and Ravi Shastri organized a gathering on the stage.

In India, almost half the population of the country follows cricket. Therefore, not only UP, but the entire country got connected with this entire event. Because in this country there can be no better connectivity than cricket. Modi knows this very well.
