BJP Central Election Committee meeting  Assembly Election 2023 Mizoram Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Telangana |  Names of candidates from Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh will be finalized.

The first meeting of the BJP Central Election Committee was held in August, the picture is of that meeting.

The third meeting of BJP’s Central Election Committee is going on in New Delhi before the assembly elections in 5 states of the country. The meeting started on September 30, whose second day is today on October 1.

In this two-day meeting in the capital Delhi, the names of candidates from Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh will be finalized. According to reports, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President JP Nadda, Home Minister Amit Shah and other prominent leaders have attended the meeting.

Different strategy for Rajasthan, divided the state into 7 zones
Before the assembly elections, BJP has divided Rajasthan into 7 regions. Its responsibility has also been entrusted to the leaders of different states. According to party sources, there will be an in-charge in each zone. The remaining leaders will be responsible for strengthening the party’s position in the constituencies of the zone. These leaders will keep updating the zone in-charges and keep the ground situation informed to the party headquarters.

Announcement of names of 79 candidates in Madhya Pradesh
BJP had released its first list of candidates for Madhya Pradesh on August 17, in which 39 candidates were announced. On September 25, it released its second list of 39 candidates for the upcoming assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh.

BJP has so far announced the names of 79 candidates for the 230-member Madhya Pradesh Assembly and 21 candidates for the 90-member Chhattisgarh Assembly.

There was only one name in the third list, in which BJP has declared Monica Batti as its candidate from Amarwada seat of MP. Monica has joined BJP only 11 days ago.

She was earlier the national president of All India Gondwana Republic Party. Monica is the daughter of former MLA Manmohan Shah Batti.

5 states in which assembly elections are to be held…
Assembly elections are to be held in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Mizoram in late 2023. The tenure of the Assembly is ending on 17th December in Mizoram, 3rd January in Chhattisgarh, 6th January in Madhya Pradesh, 14th January in Rajasthan and 16th January in Telangana.
