In Patiala, Arvind Kejriwal said that Aam Aadmi Party will not spare drug smugglers.

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal reached Patiala on Monday. In the rally here, Kejriwal gave advice to the opposition leaders on the arrest of Congress MLA Sukhpal Khaira without taking his name.

Arvind Kejriwal said that just 3-4 days ago a very big man was caught. Who is accused of drug smuggling. All these party people are abusing Bhagwant Mann, why did you do this?

I want to ask you, should drug smugglers be caught or not? I want to tell all these party people. Our fight is not with any party or leader. We are not against anyone. We are against drugs. Drugs have ruined our youth. Ruined an entire generation. Will not tolerate drug addiction.

Kejriwal said that I appeal to all the parties that if your party leader also takes drugs, then expel him from the party and hand him over to the police. I appeal to all parties to support us in the fight against drugs. Will not tolerate intoxication at all. No matter who the leader of our party is, we will not spare him.

Sukhpal Khaira in jail
Sukhpal Khaira was arrested by Fazilka police from Chandigarh in an 8 year old drug smuggling case. After this, he was produced in Jalalabad court and interrogated on remand for 2 days. Then he was produced in the court and sent first to Faridkot and then to Nabha jail. Khaira is accused of making several calls to the officers to save a drug smuggler. Not only this, Khaira also talked to the drug smuggler and his relatives.
