After August 19, Kejriwal is again visiting Chhattisgarh on September 16.
Aam Aadmi Party convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann will be on Bastar tour today. Will address the general meeting in Jagdalpur. From this platform he will give his 10th election guarantee. Earlier during his visit to Raipur, he had given 9 guarantees. Had talked about 10th guarantee during his next visit.
According to the schedule, both will leave from Delhi by plane at 12:15 pm and will reach Maa Danteshwari Airport in Jagdalpur at around 2:30 pm. From here we will go to the general meeting organized at Lalbagh ground at around 3 pm. Then at 4 pm we will leave for Delhi from Maa Danteshwari Airport of Jagdalpur.
Tight security arrangements have been made for the visit of Aam Aadmi Party convener Kejriwal and Punjab CM Mann. Hundreds of soldiers have been deployed from the airport to the Circuit House and from there to the meeting venue.
‘Wherever Bastar is, there is government’
A day before Kejriwal’s visit, party state in-charge Sanjeev Jha had said that the route to government in Chhattisgarh passes through Bastar. Wherever there is Bastar, there is government. According to Jha, the people of Chhattisgarh and Bastar have given a chance to both BJP and Congress. Now give us a chance.
Jha further said that if our government is formed, the picture of Chhattisgarh and the destiny of its people will be changed. We will work in the field of school, health and employment.
The meeting will be held at Lalbagh ground. For which preparations are being made.
10 candidates have been announced
Aam Aadmi Party has declared the names of 10 candidates for the assembly elections. Among these, AAP state president Komal Hupendi will contest from Bhanupratappur seat. Apart from Bhanupratappur, the party has fielded candidates from Dantewada, Narayanpur, Akaltara, Korba, Rajim, Pathalgaon, Kawardha, Bhatgaon and Kunkuri.
On September 8, Aam Aadmi Party has announced 10 candidates.
Arvind Kejriwal had said during his Raipur visit that the 10th guarantee will be for the farmers and tribals of Chhattisgarh. This will be the biggest guarantee. Now he has a meeting in Jagdalpur today, so he will make announcements for the farmers from this platform.

- Like Delhi and Punjab, in Chhattisgarh too, 300 units of free electricity will be given to every household every month. In Chhattisgarh, electricity will be provided 24 hours without any cuts in all the villages and cities. If Aam Aadmi Party forms the government in Chhattisgarh, all the old outstanding domestic electricity bills will be waived off.
- Every unemployed person will be provided employment. Every unemployed person will be given unemployment allowance of Rs 3000 per month until he gets a job. About 10 lakh unemployed people will be recruited in government jobs.
- Like Delhi, Mohalla Clinic will be opened in every village and ward. All the existing government hospitals of Chhattisgarh will be upgraded and new government hospitals will be opened. Like Delhi, all medicines will be given free. Tests and operations will be done free of cost. All road accident affected people will be given free treatment in the state.
- Every child of Chhattisgarh will be given good and free education. Like Delhi, all government schools will be made excellent. Like Delhi, fees will not be allowed to increase in private schools in Chhattisgarh too. All raw teachers will be confirmed. All vacant posts of teachers will be filled.
- All women above 18 years of age will be given Stree Samman Rashi of Rs 1000 every month.
- Like Delhi, corruption will be completely eliminated in Chhattisgarh also. You will not have to go to any government office to get work done. Like Delhi, they will issue a phone number, you will call on that phone and explain your work. The government employee will do your work after reaching home.
- If police personnel are martyred while serving, their families will be given an honorarium of Rs 1 crore.
- Will regularize contract, placement, contract and irregular employees of all departments. Will stop the contract and contract system.
- Like Delhi, all the elders of Chhattisgarh will be given free travel to any holy pilgrimage place of their choice. Travel, stay and food there will all be free.
