Amit Shah Hyderabad Liberation Day Speech Update; Telangana Vote Bank Politics | Said- Old governments did not celebrate it due to appeasement politics.

Amit Shah said that no government has celebrated ‘Hyderabad Liberation Day’ in the last 75 years.

Amit Shah participated in the ‘Hyderabad Liberation Day’ program on Sunday. In the program held at Parade Ground in Hyderabad, Home Minister Shah targeted the previous governments for not celebrating Liberation Day.

He said that no government has celebrated ‘Hyderabad Liberation Day’ in the last 75 years. Due to appeasement and vote bank politics, the old governments were afraid to celebrate it. The people of the country will also turn their backs on those who turn their backs on history.

On the occasion of Hyderabad Liberation Day, Amit Shah paid tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

Shah said- Sardar Patel and KM Munshi provided independence
Amit Shah said- Leaders like Sardar Patel and KM Munshi are responsible for the independence of Hyderabad. After getting independence from the British, the cruel Nizam ruled Hyderabad for 399 days. These days were full of troubles for the people.

Sardar Patel helped the state get independence on the 400th day. Many organizations also struggled for this. The people of Telangana, Marathawad and Karnataka should remember the sacrifice of the martyrs.

Hyderabad joined India 75 years ago
On 17 September 1948, Nizam of Hyderabad Mir Osman Ali Khan surrendered after 5 days of war with the Indian Army. After this Hyderabad became part of India. Today marks 75 years of Hyderabad’s accession to India.

BJP and the Culture Ministry of the Central Government are celebrating ‘Hyderabad Liberation Day’ today. Apart from this, Congress is celebrating ‘Merger Day’, BRS is celebrating ‘National Unity Day’ and Asaduddin Owaisi’s party AIMIM is celebrating ‘Qaumi Ekta Day’.

The Nizam’s rule included Hyderabad State, apart from today’s Telangana, 8 districts of Marathwada in Maharashtra and 7 districts of today’s Karnataka. Therefore the state governments of Maharashtra and Karnataka also celebrate Liberation Day on 17 September.

Celebration of Hyderabad Liberation Day started in 2022
